CICT, finally wait is over and we are again starting with it. I am little excited and nervous. This time after the first session I realised it is more of reflection of what we are already doing as teachers in our school. New CICT course seems very interesting and I am looking forward to it. Hope I am able to complete all assignments on time. Whenever I think of CICT, Active Learning comes to my mind. Active learning reminds me of a quote by Benjamin Franklin, “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.” I wish my learners will benefit from what I am learning in CICT as that’s my motive to do the course. InterstingSession 2 was about citations and references. I was always aware of the references and importance of quoting them. During my research in collage I was introduced to this system. What I learned new was Harvad style referencing, as this is what we will be using while writing our assignments. Plagiarism is what we need to avoid and as CICT is about your reflection than I don’t think it will be too difficult. Well I am excited about the whole thing, hope it all ends well for me with new learning experience and benefit to my learners.
